“I loveee”
+The location was absolutely perfect, nearby the grocery store and the train station just in front of the building. If you want to take a train to another town such as Abites, cannes, monaco, or eze. The room has a small kitchen with stove and electric kettle for cooking and a little breakfast if you want to cook. The host was really friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back again soon.

“Perfect”
+Amazing location! Across the road from the train station and a tram stop, but no noise inside the apartment with the windows shut. 10 min walk to the beach. It was extremely clean and tidy with everything we needed.

“Small, but convenient and totally charming!”
+We LOVED this room! It is a one-room flat on an upper floor...with an elevator (a priority for us!). The room was neat and clean, but small - wasn't a problem for us. Nothing fancy, just an authentic studio apartment. Charming is how I would describe this place. Just easy and comfortable Good bathroom, well equipped. It seemed soundproof to the city noise below (but we love the city noise, so sometimes we opened the window and just looked out on the hustle and bustle of Nice. The flat had everything we needed, but we did go to a local market right across the street to pick up some extra things we wanted. We had some confusion getting in the front door, but it was our own fault, and the host came down and let us in and took us up to the flat. She was very helpful (thank you)! The location was not in the old-town area with all the sight-seeing, but it was in such a convenient position right across from the tram and the train station in the heart of the city. We are an older couple, so walking is not our forte. The tram (2 lines) was easy to learn and got us to more places than we could have managed on foot, straight shot down to the waterfront, up town to Libération, the Port, and be
−We enjoyed everything about this place, primarily the convenience and the elevator. But some people might think this apartment is small, older or in need of updating, but we found it just perfect! If we travel to an old town like Nice, we appreciate authentic living while we visit and this fit the bill for us.

+숙소 주인이 신경 많이 써서 관리한다는 느낌을 받았어요. 엘리베이터도 있고 기대했던 프랑스 감성 숙소라 너무 만족하게 있다 갑니당! 조리도구, 식기, 냉장고, 다리미, 전신거울 등등 생각보다 있을게 다 있어서 너무 만족스러웠어욤
