“Nice and comfortable short stay in Madrid”
+Good size room with comfortable beds and storage. The room was clean and the staff had left a fee complementary items.
−We had an issue checking in and there was no one around to ask for help.

+I had a great stay at Studios Cielo Madrid. The team was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating to all my requests and requirements. Communication was smooth and efficient throughout, which made the whole experience much easier and more enjoyable. I really appreciated their attentiveness and willingness to help. I would definitely recommend staying here! (p.s.: I was in Madrid to celebrate my 35th birthday, and my room number was 35, which made me feel spoiled, maybe just coincidence or intentional by the staff, but this made my day).

+Instalaciones nuevas, edificio nuevo, mucha limpieza y orden.
