“I asked the landlady for a refund even if it’s not a full refund but partially half of the amount I paid for but she ref”
+I did not like the property because it did not suit my preference. Upon arrival I did not stay there I had to look for a different property to stay.
−The pictures I saw was the opposite of it, I wanted a kitchenette but there wasn’t.

−the cleaness of the room, it has this werid smell from bed, and I had to wash myself again when I get home, and the whole day when I was in the office I could smell funny. It put me off so much that I seem to have sickness out of that. Also the bed is so springing, not support at all. maybe a mattress that costing £80 and no headboard. My back doesnt feel relaxed when sleeping on the bed either on. my back or on the side, both awaful. I woke up at 5:00 something and couldnt go anywhere as I wasn't offered a key. The room is a living room of the orignal house and now blocked by an internal door, so you can hear almost anything from the other rooms where the owner lives, especially when they go to toilet and use the bathroom right above, you can hear the water and each time it will also trigger a humming sound from the fan. all in all, I feel like a prison in this room, no where to sit, and bed is not comfortable, I then walked out to my office around 7:00, although work not starts till 9:00, I would rather to have chair to sit than stay in this room. garden is very disappointing, full of bird shits on the swiming bed, and verything look dead and not used. +Comfortable bed, good shower. The location was good for our event at Hatfield House - an 8-minute bus ride from the nearby stop and half an hour's walk back, as the bus didn't run after 10.30.
−The wifi didn't work. We phoned the owner, who said they had changed provider and she would come back to us with the password, but she never did. No milk was provided with the tea and coffee - luckily we'd brought some with us. "Fully fitted kitchenette" was not an accurate description. The bathroom sink didn't have a plug and only hand towels were left out for us despite there being a shower. The bed had only one thin cover - perfect during the heatwave but we stayed on a cool evening. After hunting through the towels in the wardrobe we managed to find two slightly larger ones and there was also a duvet in there.

“Perfect to come back to and relax after a very busy day.”
+The space felt homely. It was private but support was just next door if I needed it. The view of the garden was very calm and relaxing. There were facilities to heat up my own meals to keep costs down. The university was in walking distance. There was a bus stop straight to the train station.

“Clean accommodation, attentive host, great for a short stay. Parking a bonus.”
+Nice quite area, excellent for a visit with our dog. Nice wooded area across the lane, to give him a quick walk. Location was great for getting to the Veterinary College the following morning. Room had all the facilities we needed for a short stay.

+Super peaceful location after a long journey. Big plus to accept dogs, and to walk our dog in the woodland opposite, so a super place for people travelling with dogs. Beautiful decor and very clean
