“It was ok when the manager insisted that my room needs cleaned. Woke us up and made us stand in the hallway. Mind you I”
+The area and price
−The manager is very rude and threatening

+Reasonably priced for one night stay. Dogs allowed with only small fee added on. Large room. There is a kitchenette in room if there for several days.
−Even though advertised as dog friendly once arrived notice in elevator that dogs are not to be left alone in the room. No close by restaurants and hotel has no restaurant.

“You get what you pay for.”
+The location was good and the room was clean.
−There were men loitering in the lobby constantly. They were smiling and nodding at my underage daughters. I did not feel safe as a single mom. The side doors were left open so you didn’t necessarily need a key to get in. The elevator was sketchy. There was no WiFi and the TV only had a few channels available to watch. It wouldn’t connect to a hotspot or even cast from a phone. There was no hair dryer. The walls are paper thin and we could hear EVERYTHING in the room next to us, and the couple fighting down the hall. The only positive is that it had a working stove and full size fridge and the fridge is able to be pulled out to block the door which made me feel a bit more safe. It’s in an industrial area which feels kind of abandoned on weekends. I would not stay here again, you get what you pay for. It was clean though and the lady working day shift was very sweet.

“For being fairly cheap I guess you get what you paid for.”
+I liked the location and beds were decent.
−There was no shower curtain, our door keys never worked, the shower water settings were backwards, ac was leaking, it wasn’t super clean. And elevators take forever.

“Fine but sticky”
+The room was spacious and in good shape
−The floor was so sticky my feet were sticky in my sandals after walking on them. The whole building has an odd mildew/old cigarette smell to it.

“The room was clean and the shower had hot water.”
+The room was clean.
−We stayed there for 5 nights and we never received clean towels. The garbage in our room was never emptied. I figured that we would have limited room cleaning but we should have been given clean towels and had the garbage emptied at least once in 5 days.

“Overall good but could use a few more updates or amenities.”
+The location and staff are great!
−No free breakfast or swimming pool is a let down. Also have to ask for each kitchenware item and have checked out.
