“I won’t be staying there again. Staff was nice.”
+The 1st room they gave me (I requested 1st floor) as soon as I walked in the smell of urine hit me. It wasn’t like a small amount, it was like a group of adults/animals had peed and been left to sit in it for days. It made me gag. They put me on the 2nd floor and the room didn’t smell, but I won’t stay there again. Staff was very nice.
−The disgusting room of pee. The lady at front desk did say an elder lady lives in that room, but gave it up so I could have 1st floor. Clearly she has pets that have peed constantly all over the room and let sit. And maybe she couldn’t make it to bathroom herself. It was so bad. Staff walked around in socks while taking me to room.

“Front desk lady in the evening was great. It’s located in a great area with lots of stores nearby.”
+The lady at the front desk was wonderful. She made the stay worth it. She was very kind and attentive. Everything was clean.
−The freezer works, but the refrigerator did not. The bathtub was peeing.. there was a used soap box with old soap in it from previous person thing in the space. It obviously wasn’t cleaned under the Sink. Overall, this space was clean though.

“It was great. Great location. Bed was comfy. We had a kitchen! And they resolved our issues quickly.”
+The were friendly and were quick when we needed to switch rooms due to the AC making noises.
−Our first room was not good. The bathtub had a black oval ring. The AC was buzzing loud.
