−No heater/ air-conditioning was a fan on the floor. Mould in the bathroom was bad heaps of it all up the wall and into the ceiling

+The location was perfect
−The unit was dirty and filled with black mould. They cleaned the toilet while I was there but didn't clean the brush and left faeces on the floor. The kitchen spaces were dirty and smelled awful.

−Was very very dirty, shower full of mould, everything was dirty. Didn’t have anything they said they had. No soaps, tv, cooling or heating, nothing. Hard to relax when the place is that dirty. I ended up leaving early and finding alternate accommodation.

“You Get What You Pay For”
+It is closed to China Town. There are numerous Asian food stores and restaurants nearby. So, it is a really good location if food is crucial for you. The staff are nice and responsible too! But they are not on premise unfortunately. I also like the fact that I don't want to unnecessarily stay in the accommodation, which gets me to explore the city and experience the culture extensively. As a result, I made some good friendship when I was out and about!
−The room was not being reasonably maintained. On the first day of arrival, a large area outside the bathroom was flooded with water because the shower barrier was non-existed. Why wasn't it cleaned up was my question, but at least I could be well aware of the issue rather than when I have my shower, which is a good thing. Additionally, the toilet seat was broken. I hope they will be fixed after I reported these issues to the staff. Next, the room has a stain smell. There was also no hair dryer and television as advertised. Lastly, you can here other people speak and doing something really private. I give it a dislike because I didn't want to know I am sorry.

“Dirty, mouldy and infested with mice. Do not stay here.”
+I’m did not like anything about this property besides the location. There are far better options in the same area that are not safety hazards to your health. There were mice living in the ceiling. Photos on site do to represent reality.
−This property was warn down, dusty, dirty, and mouldy. The moment I walked into the room I could smell a musky mould smell, the black mould is evident on the walls. I had to air the room out. There were stains on the chair and the pillow sheet smelled used. The bathroom floor was wet and slimy. This should be cleaned regularly. You can hear mice in the ceilings squeaking away all night. This place is a health hazard. There is no heater and it is lacking the facilities mentioned on the list of booking.com. I feel scammed and would like a refund. Do not stay here. Have some respect for yourself.
