“Don't book strand guesthouse”
+Didn't even make it inside so nothing
−The fact that they didn't allow me too check in early even though they approved an early check in. They changed our location on the day so I had too stay at another place.

“Confused”
+Loved the privacy, and staff... Wifi, and just relaxing
−The lady what was full of crap and she is staying there without permission, paid for my parking and she thinks it belongs to her very unwelcome and make you feel she owns everything and everything belongs to her.. Very rude and no morals.. She is a nuisance, and does not belong there

“Lekker if you are lekker”
+Bed, fridge, Tv WiFi, room is separate from kitchen... Love the lady's staff at reception, always helpful.. Can be myself here, very comfortable.
−Not enough hot water in the taps Wasn't clean, and not all the cutlery was here... And the lady with black hair is very rude and always making a noise... And at night there isn't enough lights outside the rooms to see where to walk only after a few steps the light go on but must walk over steps and left right paths then only it goes on

−I didn't like anything, but because of your no refund policy, we were forced to stay for the night. We did not feel welcomed at all and this is why. Good morning Thank you for letting us stay in your rooms for the night, there is a few things I need to bring to your attention of which I am really disappointed 1. The way we were received at your place. 2. The TV as advertised, was not working, and had no remote. 3. We asked twice to come fix it, nobody pitched. 4. The bedding was dirty, and we found a long hair under one of your pillows. 5. One of the glass of those paintings above the bed was cracked, which is very dangerous. 6. There is no table cloth. 7. Only one wine glass, supposed to be two. 8. Dry toothpaste on the tap. Someone brushed teeth and did not clean the basin. 9. And as the last message states that we were supposed to pay R150 for deposit as security for the contents inside. We waited for someone to come and collect so we can show them everything that was faulty, but no one came. 10. The night was supposed to be special for me and my wife, but all those things spoiled it for us. We only get to celebrate our 30years anniversary once, well it didn't go as planned.

“Unsafe uncomfortable dirty and scary extremely uncomfortable”
−On our arrival the bedding and walls were very dirty. The toilet is right infront of the kitchen so if you use it the smell travels and there's a manhole drain inside the toilet. The place is not well maintained it looks like a jungle and there's inadequate lighting making it extremely difficult to navigate at night. It feels unsafe and we had to park our car outside in the street. There's now security the main door was broken and couldn't lock.
