+Perfect location. No getting lost in the lanes because it's on a road so very easy to find and yet still ten minutes from the main square. Lovely comfortable bed with a huge locker underneath with its own lock. There is a roof terrace and storks nesting on the wall which was a treat. There was a kettle for me to make tea Clean bathrooms and toilets

“Overall, I strongly recommend being cautious about staying here due to the poor service, and discriminatory treatment.”
−This hostel experience was deeply disappointing. Upon arrival, I faced discrimination due to my Moroccan nationality. Despite booking in advance, I was told there were no rooms available and was given a different room. The room provided was neglected, dusty, infested with insects, and lacked basic amenities. There were no towels, proper lighting, or even a clean bed. To make matters worse, the window overlooked a noisy alley, making it impossible to rest properly.

“Not good value, creepy management.”
+The facilities are fine.
−This was the cheapest private room in Marrakech on short notice. If I could redo the trip however, I would stay in a shared room at a different place, since this one was out of the way and dark inside - we’re talking pitch black common rooms and hallways. Things took a turn when I realized the unprofessional way in which a female volunteer staff member was treated. The manager went so far as to ask me for personal information about staff members (one who left and one who was supposed to come) in case I knew something…
