“Great neat and clean apartment. All you need.”
+Great location. A really cute part of town on a slightly quieter stretch of canal but a short walk to a buzzy street of cafes and a market. There’s no A/C but I appreciated that a fan was provided and it did the job. Also the windows open onto a cool light well.
−The communal areas aren’t as good the apartment itself but that’s not the fault of the owner and all in all not an issue.

“The location was convention”
+The position was really convenient, enabling us to walk to most places of interest.
−We purposely booked accommodation with lifts in the building, and to find out this lift was not working, and we didn't see any signs of it being fixed during our 5 day stay, was particularly disappointing as an elderly couple, given the room is on the 4th floor. Also a toaster, microwave or stove top would have been appreciated, along with some basic cleaning essentials.

“A beautiful studio in a great walkable location”
+Amazing place! An absolute hidden gem in the best location. We were able to walk to so many cafe's in Jordaan. The place felt safe, spacious, and had everything we needed. I loved that they provided nice towels, shampoo and body wash, a fan, and everything in the kitchen.
−We didnt feel like we were missing anything.

“Lovely apartment, lovely location!”
+I liked the location, and the quiet
−There was no air conditioning and it was very hot and stuffy during my stay. When I opened the windows, I got bitten. It would be great if they could have a way to cool the room for guests

“Cafes, restaurants (very good Thai nearby) all a short walk away. Walk through the streets of the Amsterdam you imagine”
+Cute room with coffee and tea making facilities plus cups, plates, dishwasher and fridge if you wanted to eat in. Right on canal so you had the feel of being right in the heart of Amsterdam
−Bathroom a bit small but good sized shower with lots of hot water

+The location is great , you’re right in the middle of everything, and the Jordaan is one of my favorite areas in Amsterdam. I also appreciated the communication and early check in!
−Like a lot of buildings in Amsterdam, it’s pretty noisy. You can hear the children upstairs, as well as the neighbors below and next to you. I also didn’t love that the ceilings are very low, and although there are windows, they look out onto a courtyard with very limited unobstructed views, which makes the room feel small and quite cramped.

“Absolutely perfect place to stay for exploring Amsterdam.”
+The location is absolutely superb. The decor is minimal and chic....perfect.
−Some hand soap by the basin in the bathroom would be good, and perhaps a sponge or cloth to clean down,surfaces.
