+We loved the view from the balcony, it was perfect for catching the sunrise. Clean, comfy room for the night.

“Not the right fit for this traveler.”
+2 flights of stairs! Check in not smooth. No hot water for a shower….someone came to fix it. The warm water lasted all of a minute and a half. Froze for the remainder of washing up. Was told the restaurant would be open from 11:30 am to 8 pm…(I asked times for my specific dates). Restaurant did not open until 4 pm. The “sister hotel” (when I was trying to check in) was not a quick little jaunt . Not for a 63 year old with asthma and pulling a heavy bag. More stairs too! Sorry, but it was not the right fit for me.

−The hot water in the shower took forever. The thermostat seemed to be stuck, and it was too hot in the room. The bed was not comfortable.

“Perfect road trip accommodation”
+This is fantastic, well thought out accommodation. The bed was very comfortable, pillows and linen fresh and good quality. There's a useful little fridge, great coffee machine with supplies, and an electric kettle. The bathroom has a fabulous shower and very nice toiletries. We liked the attention to detail, not only on the functional side, but the aesthetic as well. The rope ball was a great idea! Finally, communication was very good and the check in /out was seamless. Thank you. You're doing a great job!
