+The private balcony was nice and it caught the sun most of the day. The balcony opens up to the neighbours balcony also with a plant wall between.
−The bedroom is very small, if you had a suitcase or longer stay baggage you would likely find it very tight. We found it manageable as we had smaller backpacks.

“Fabulous place to stay - would highly recommend.”
+Everything was superb, and especially the hosts who went above and beyond to help us. The room was fabulous and just a very short stroll into town where there were a lot of restaurants and activites to enjoy.
−Nothing - couldn't have been better.

“A refuge in the city”
+The location just outside the old town was perfect: an easy 5 min walk into town, and the room nice and quiet at the end of the day. It was a wonderful refuge from the busyness of the city.

+Perfect location and amazing suite - hospitable hosts - only negative I could mention after an amazing stay is the “luggage storage” as you just leave your bags in reception which is not manned and door unlocked - however Split itself is very safe so I guess no one ever has an issue

+When we arrived the room smelled dank and musty. The cause was mold on the bathroom door. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay- perfect location.

+The room was very nice, all amenities were good and clean. the location to downtown as great, just a few minutes walk. The only minor downside was not having someone at the front desk throughout the day, you have to call ahead to let them know what time you're arriving so someone can meet you there. But they were very helpful and took care of us very well
