“This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel.”
−The staff was the worst I encountered during my 40-day European trip across 8 countries and 12 hotels. During breakfast, about an hour before closing, a staff member had already removed the boiled eggs. When I politely asked if she could bring some back, she became evasive, went to the kitchen, and laughed loudly with colleagues. She returned with one egg and spoke to me in German. When I explained that I am Portuguese and unfortunately do not speak German, she replied loudly, “In Austria, you need to speak German.” When I asked why she was being so aggressive, especially in front of my 8-year-old daughter, she continued shouting in German in a way that felt threatening. I immediately went to reception to complain because I was genuinely concerned for my family’s safety. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel.

“Beautifully designed hotel, great staff”
+Beautifully designed hotel with superb views even as you walk through the corridors; unlike many other hotels, the landings were flooded with natural daylight. Staff extremely courteous and helpful. The room (including the bathroom) was spacious, comfortable, and again had a decent amout of daylight. Blinds were an option if you wanted to shut out the light completely. At breakfast there was a very wide range of food available, both hot and cold. The hotel is situated in a pleasant area with views of the hills. You have to take a bus to go to the city centre in Bregenz (or alternatively Donbirn) but these buses run very regularly and late into the evening.
−If you want to stay in a city centre, this is a bit further out. But in my opinion, it was worth it. Two or three bus routes run frequently and the journey into Bregenz was not too long, but also very pleasant. Hard to fault this hotel!

“Schönes, ruhiges Hotel mit großem Frühstücksbuffet.”
+Es ist ein schönes Hotel mit bequemen Betten. Die Bushaltestelle liegt fast vor der Tür. Gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Besonders toll war der Eierkochautomat.
−Zu wenig Platz im Frühstücksraum. Am zweiten Tag mussten wir ihn wieder verlassen und später wiederkommen um zu frühstücken, da war dann das Buffet leer, aber es wurde wieder aufgefüllt.

“Eine erholsam Reise ins Rheintal und an den Bregenzer See(Bodensee) dank der hervorragenden Beherber”
+Am Fuß des Schlosses Wolfurt gelegen, liegt das Sternenhotel abseits vom alltäglchen und auch touristischen Trubel. Der Blick auf den Säntis am Morgen ist erhebend. Der Service beim Frühstück war ebenso freundlich und zuvorkommend wie der Zimmerservice zur Reinigung. Das eigene Parkdeck für Hotelgäste entledigt jeder weiteren Parkplatzusuche.
−Ohne Zweifel wird man immer wieder etas finden, das verbesserungsfähig wäre. Mir fällt nur im Augenblick nichts ein. Es hat alles gepasst. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

“Breve soggiorno per Fiera”
+Hotel ben tenuto, pulito e ben gestito con adiacente un ristorante, siamo arrivati la sera e senza dover rimetterci in macchina abbiamo cenato a fianco dell'hotel.
