+Loradena was a gracious host. She prepared many self baked items-for bread fast along with eggs, fruit juice even cactus pears, coffee and juices. She is in close distance to the kite flying folks over the water. You can enjoy a cocktail on her roof Deck while watching them or walk over to so see them on the shore. Walking distance to restaurants provides great food and sunsets. Hope to come back some day.

“Lovely place”
+Amazing view of the Lagoon and kitesurfing, especially at sunset! Beautiful garden, cool rooftop and very friendly host.
−I would only recommend serving some ham, cheese, vegetables and fruits for breakfast, not only sweets. Otherwise the homemade cakes were amazing every morning!

“Lovely stay, disappointing ending”
+We enjoyed the homemade breakfast, the beautiful garden and balcony, and the overall cleanliness of the property. The location is also very convenient, especially if you’re going to the kite lagoon.
−The host was friendly throughout most of our stay. However, after we asked whether it would be possible to change our checkout time and booking, the atmosphere noticeably changed when it couldn’t be arranged. We completely accepted that it wasn’t possible, but unfortunately we felt less welcome on our last day. The interaction felt unnecessarily unfriendly and left a slightly bitter aftertaste to an otherwise pleasant stay. The walls are also quite thin, so you can easily hear guests in the neighboring rooms. In addition, the toilet flush kept running and didn’t stop properly.

“Très agréable”

“Schönes gepflegtes Zimmer unweit vom Strand und Gastronomie”
+Schönes Zimmer in einer sehr gepflegten kleine Anlage. Eine sehr liebevolle Gastgeberin. Sehr gepflegt. Sehr gutes Frühstück
−Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Terrasse direkt am Garten gelegenen deshalb auch einsehbar von den anderen Gästen. Wirklich gestört hat es uns jedoch nicht

“2 schöne Tage in der Nähe von Marsala Stadt”
+Frühstück sehr lecker und reichlich, wir können uns da nur den anderen Rezensionen anschließen! Schönes großes Zimmer mit großem Balkon und Aussicht direkt auf die Langune und den Sonnenuntergang :-). Fussläufig zur Lagune die ein echtes Kite-Surf Paradies ist. Sehr ruhig und nicht weit nach Marsala, eine sehenswerte Stadt.
−Der Duscharm sollte erneuert werden, da das Wasser nicht nur aus dem Duschkopf kam. Aber das ist nur eine Kleinigkeit, sonst alles sehrgut.

+Das Stella Fenicia ist wunderbar gelegen, mit fünf Zimmern klein aber fein. Die Zimmer mit allem ausgestattet was es braucht. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und eine wunderbare Bäckerin. Sie verwöhnt die Gäste mit vielen selbstgebackenen Torten und salzigen Leckereien.

“Alles perfekt.”
+Alles perfekt. Im familiären Umfeld. Klein mit 6 Zimmern und Dachterrasse. Direkt am Kitsurfspot. PKW nicht unbedingt notwendig. Der extrem kleine Ortskern lebt gerade noch, aber ohne Lebensmittelgeschäft. Das ist 2 km entfernt.
