“Not for Tranquility: A Noisy, Overcrowded Stay with Many Hidden Charges”
+I had mixed feelings about this place. There are a few things I genuinely appreciated, the Android TV was a nice touch for entertainment, if course steong wi-fi also, the bed was clean and comfortable, and the parking area was spacious and convenient.
−The negatives quickly outweighed the positives. I booked for four people, yet only two sets of toiletries and towels were provided. On top of that, there are so many hidden charges,it honestly felt excessive. You get charged extra 300peso an hour for using the karaoke, additional towelsis 50 pses each, the gas stove, kettle, and even basic recreational activities. It gives the impression that almost everything comes with a fee. The environment itself is also far relaxing. There were loud noises well past 10 PM, with people drinking heavily and karaoke continuing late into the night. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is definitely not the place. It felt more like a chaotic gathering than a restful stay. To make things worse, the room didn’t even have a proper lock, which raised safety concerns. There were also too many guests packed into adjacent rooms, adding to the noise and overall discomfort. This place might suit you if you enjoy a loud, party-like atmosphere, but if you're expecting tranquility, you’ll be disappointed. Honestly, it felt more like a circus than a place to unwind.

+The tulugan only and the accommodating staff.
−No small kitchen sink at the room. Location is quite ok but too narrow going to the place. Billiard table and soccer playset has been ignore. Cannot use the shower. Shower head was damaged when we check-in. But Staff told us we can use the Shower room of villa 1. The water is intermittent maybe visitors were simultaneously using the water.

“Waste of money! Never again!”
+the resort was big
−No INTERNET, no signal, dirty pool (lots of insects and strong chlorine) we had rashes after swimming. Cabinet not usable. Low water flow. Not PRIVATE POOL the resort had another booking that made us awkward to use the amenities. Care taker has a lot of visitors coming in and out of the resort. No lock on the door. Electrical outlet not working. Aircon not cold. Lots of mosquitoes in the room. Billard table not for gaming due to no tisa, the ball is defective. Lots of garbage at the back smells like rotten dead rat. Based on our experience this is a false advertisement. Steffen is not approachable. Not answering calls.
