+Location was great, was able to get where I needed quickly.
−The neighbors in 608 were screaming until midnight and had kids crying so it was a bit annoying maybe have a floor strictly for families with children. Wish there were a few more options for breakfast. I booked a king suite but when I got to hotel I ended up with 2 queens I think so bed was a little too small

“Didn’t get to stay because my room wasn’t available when I arrived.”
+Nothing
−Customer service was horrible. I arrived and was told there were no rooms available due to maintenance issues. It was past midnight and I had to go next door to instead. I booked months in advance and I couldn’t even get a courtesy call.

“Our stay was decent but it's unlikely I'd come back. I expected more from a stay in a suite.”
+The location right beside SeaWorld was great. The morning breakfasts each day were good. The room was just ok. The front desk staff were good.
−May be funny but I found the floor bell in the elevator loud and annoying. Room 613: The bathroom door was broken and would not close or open easily without pushing or pulling hard. It's very off kilter. The lack of a clock radio was very annoying so we had to use our cell phone alarms to get us up in the mornings. The cleaning staff in the hallway were very talkative and loud with each other on Sunday morning as we tried to rest some after our very good all day VIP tours at SeaWorld on Saturday. With only 1 trash can in the suite that caused some annoyance. most other suites I've used have at least 2 with one in the bathroom. I found the snack prices to be very high. I know we all pay for convenience but the pricing was very high on some of the items. $3 for a small bag of chips...really?

+When we first got there we were happy with the accommodations
−The strobe light on the fire alarm went off at 10 pm. The front desk attendant sent someone to fix it but the person spoke no English. I was told by the front desk attendant there wasn’t another room available so I started looking for another hotel at 11 pm because the strobe light continued. We were then told there was a suite open on the 6th floor so we took it. It wasn’t as clean. There something all over the floor in the kitchen. It ended up being disappointing
