“Nice hotel”
+Everything was good once you get there we do have to get a bus to the hotel from the airport though. Nice beds. good shower. Great access to food.

“Best Overnight Hotel”
+ALL the staff were SO pleasant and helpful, they are truly an asset, every last one of them. The room was large and clean and the bed was super large and very comfy! Very good english buffet breakfast spread with fresh pastries and fruits.
−honestly can't think of anything that significantly impacted our stay.

“Convenient and useful”
+The hotel was close to the airport and we had an early flight, so that was very helpful. The restaurant at the Holiday Inn next door was good. We needed to do some laundry, so that was convenient.
−Buying things from the convenience area took a long time because we had to wait while several guests were checked in. It would be more convenient if there were a separate way to make purchases. Also, the process of getting tokens from the front desk to wash/dry clothes was also impeded because we had to wait in line while guests were checked in. Maybe there should be a token dispenser for guests? Also, two of the dryers didn't function and so I had to wait for them to be serviced. Thankfully, the maintenance man came pretty quickly to service them, but when you're exhausted and just want to get the laundry done, waiting for a machine to be fixed is just brutal. Also, when I asked the front desk about getting a taxi to the airport, they told me to use the dedicated phone at the front desk, but didn't make it clear that we could book in advance. It would have been helpful to know that as we were surprised in the morning at how long it took for a taxi to come once we called. The room was pretty tiny, too.

“Perfect location”
+Rooms are spacious and ok for a wheelchair. The location is perfect for Heathrow airport. Just a ten minute drive and you’re there!
−In this occasion, we had no toilet roll (easy enough fix). I asked at the desk if they had some emergency toothpaste (ours has exploded in transit from Asia) and the gentleman at the desk was quite rude (didn’t even look at me) and told me to buy a whole tube next door at a ridiculous price. The fish and chips I had in my room were, sadly, vile with mushy, soggy batter. Why are there flies at breakfast? There’s a lot of food left out without covers. If you can’t help the flies then maybe covers?

“A great stay close to Heathrow”
+This is one of the best airport hotels we have ever stayed at!! The room and bathroom were extremely spacious and very clean. The bed was super comfy. The shower pressure was amazing. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The included breakfast was delicious with so many options. Highly recommend if needing to stay close to the airport.

+The staff was great! Very friendly and informative. The King Studio was large and clean and comfortable, and we were happy to be on the non-airport side, so it was much more quiet. We liked that there were snacks available when we arrived late.

“Over priced”
+Close to the airport
−Very expensive for what it is regardless of being an airport hotel. Staines carpets in the room Random people asleep in the breakfast area in the morning

“Good place to stay near the airport.”
+The bed was very comfortable. Close to the airport. It met our needs for staying one night and flying out the next day. The breakfast was very good.
−There is no restaurant in the hotel. We went to the Holiday Inn Express next door. The food was average. There is no shuttle service to the airport. But were able to schedule a Red Chauffer Taxi a the Holiday Inn that was reasonable priced.
