“An unfortunate disaster.”
+Nothing!
−This was a disaster as soon as we arrived to check-in. Quite frankly, I think they overbooked and then attempted to make excuses as to why a room was not ready. First told air conditioning was out on fifth floor and they were attempting to rectify the situation. Then we were told the staff were examining "other recently cleaned rooms", but while waiting for over an hour, not one room opened up. Staff kept trying to dodge and weave or not say anything about the lack of check-in. This was also the day of a huge rugby match in Baltimore and others were experiencing the same check-in issues, some from out of the country. Ended up not staying there at all and canceled reservation. Fortunately the hotel did credit my charge.

+Great hotel. Big rooms! Great breakfast. Quick walk to Nevermore Hall. Easy valet parking.
−Idk if was the fridge or people going in and out of their room near us, I tried to figure it out! But there was a LOUD banging noise every couple minutes to the point I'd jump in my bed. Lol I came to the conclusion it was just a ghost. 😆 I out headphones on and used the provided sleep mask, though. A truck was out front around 330 for ever, too, delivering food but that's the city for you! Bring headphones. Great stay otherwise.

“A home away from home.”
+The hotel was cozy and the amenities were great. I loved the free breakfast. I also liked that each room had a kitchenette which included dishes and cookware and that laundry facilities were available.
−Everything was absolutely wonderful including the staff.

“Staff are great and location is great but avoid rooms on the first floor.”
+Location and staff
−Room was on the ground (they call it 1st) floor and very noisy from road noise and cars. It was freezing. And because you couldn’t open the curtains because of being on the street it was very dark.

“Poor customer support/service.”
+Location was OK.
−We had now air-conditioning in our room for the first two nights of our stay, room temp was constantly in the mid-80's and we had no windows that opened, hardly slept for two nights. Hotel was fully booked so we could not move rooms. It was suggested that the aircon would be fixed on the 2nd day but that did not happen. I was promised text message updates but got nothing. They said they would provide a fan for the room but that never happened. On check out they Comp'ed us for one night only despite the issues running for 2 out of our 3-night stay. Overall, I'd say the place has some poor maintenance issues and admin staff are not customer focused. I'd suggest looking at other hotels in Baltimore before picking this hotel.

“It was conveniently located so that we could walk and get some amazing meals. We felt safe while out walking. Had little”
+It was historic and you could walk around inside and look at everything.
−I don’t recon there was anything that I didn’t like.
