“Overall Great Hotel And Great Location”
+Overall it was a great experience. The hotel is very near to all the major attractions in DC (within 10-15 mins of walking). Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
−You don't really get to control the temperatures within the rooms. It was pretty much like living in a non ac room as acs were turned off in our building since the outside temperature was less than 80F.

+Location and the spacious rooms and kitchenette
−Short flight of stairs from the front desk to reach the elevator - no ramp immediately visible; however the bellman carried the luggage up the stairs

+Great location when visiting our daughter at GWU. Good size room, clean bathroom and the little kitchen was a plus. Staff was very kind and helpful.
−We were freezing the entire night. We were told the pipes were old, and it took a long time to change over from air conditioning to heating. To be fair. It was 80° first day and dropped to 50 the next morning.

“Good lication, efficient staff, cleanliness”
+First of I have to mention that staff was supper nuce and efficient, location of the hotel is amazing especially if you have a student of GW, I loved the location! Also staff efficiency, attention to details what u ask.
−My room was standard and the drain in bathroom was completely disaster, because it needed to be fixed. I asked the staff to fix it , but probably was impossible. The only thing I could complain about was the bathroom. I may book again but different room.

“The comfort, the location and the friendly staff made it exactly what we needed.”
+The hotel was within walking distance of the National Mall and Whitehouse. We appreciated the onsite restaurant, and close to delicious eateries within walking distance. It was very comfortable and clean. I appreciated the kitchen to make quick meals after a day of activities.
−The stairs just to get to the elevator. For a limited mobility person it was not ideal. I would have appreciated the ability to actually reserve a parking spot. It was first come first serve. When there was as a spot available by the time I got my car out of a nearby garage and circled back that spot was taken. However, the nearby garage they recommended was suitable and I as cheaper than the onsite parking fee.
