“Double Booked”
−The layout of the complex is in a slight hill with very limited room to maneover & park a bigger car. Pictures did not match actual veiw. The accomodation was double booked. I paid for a family room that would accomodate 4 adults. We were given a cabin at there caravan park owned by the motel. Mt Isa Caravan park. Myself & my 17 year old son with a disability were expected to share a double bed for 4 nights. Having to pay extra money you buy suitable sleeping equipment. For him. The fans did not work the airconditioning stunk and did not work well. The cabin was not clean. The freezer had old used water bottles & chux clothes frozen in. The park had good facilities & secure. After we spent money on cleaning products the cabin was livable & we were thankful we actually got a roof over our head for our stay as it was there rodeo weekend.

−I was meant to get a refund but the owner keeps saying it needs to go through booking.com and yet he was the one to say cancel and made me pay another amount so i am out $110 which is disrespectful as i was only there for the night

+Nothing to like about, the room smelt like smoke and vomit, the room was basic, a bed that has never been changed, barely any amenities...

“Avoid avoid avoid”

−I agree with so many other reviews here, this place is terrible. I cannot recommend enough not to stay here. Hands down the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. If I wasn't stuck I would have gone somewhere else once I saw the place and was even considering sleeping in my car instead.

−The employee wasn't there on arrival. Even though it was during opening times. After hours phoned. Told it would be hours before he could let me into my room and basically if ya didn't like it book in somewhere else even though money already been paid for the night. Was 10pm before I got into my room, was there for work, so tired. The person looked inebriated upon arrival.

“did not lice up to expectations”

−no tv in firzt room. shifted room tv was broken. could not get another. remote batteries flat. shared bathroom was old and not good. place needs good rebuild. bed was hard.
