“Comfortable B&B in a nice rural location.”
+Small but adequate room. Lovely hosts who willingly shared local information, particularly with dinner recommendations. We chose The Stork, less than 10 minutes drive. The breakfast choices were cooked to order and nicely presented. The location is easy to find.
−The bedroom is a bit squishy, but we made it work.

“Great place, great hosts, great price.”
+Ideal location for our purpose - Lancaster University graduation ceremony. Proved excellent in all respects - room, owners, breakfast and costs. Comfortable bed with great modernised en suite including shower. Near busy road so some traffic noise daytime and until late evening but overnight generally peaceful. Bonus was to be able to go to the nearby estuary and spot the birdlife at Conder Green. Highly recommended.

+It is very conveniently located. Great hospitality, very comfortable bedroom, clean and modern bathroom facilities. Breakfast was excellent, just the right portion sizes. I would certainly look to rebook if travel plans happen to be similar in the future.

+The hosts were simply wonderful! The breakfast was lovely and set us up perfectly for the day, with the cutest little jars of fresh fruit on the table. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as fresh milk for the room and the unexpected cookies. It was those little extras that made our stay even more enjoyable.
−Not that I didn't like it, but the mattress was a little on the soft side for my preference. I would have preferred a firmer mattress for better back support. Other than that, I couldn't fault the stay.
