“It was nice for a short stay - although I stuck to the floor when I walked through the door which wasn’t pleasant!”
+It was close to where I needed to go, good price.

“I have a saying I like to use & thats “you get what you pay for” and that says everything about this property”
+The location of the property was great as it was within walking distance/ short drive to other shops if in need of a sweet treat from the servo or a meal from McDonalds, however there is a diner just outside which is connected to the building if you don’t want to commute very far & I have to say, what I got was very tasty so I highly recommend trying the diner Also I liked the whole concept of it being a self-check in accommodation & not having to really deal with staff (no offence) some people (me) get quite a bit of anxiety when dealing with others, so this was nice
−Due to the property being hidden around the corner from where you first arrive it was a little difficult to find, it appeared like a trucking stop/industrialist area.

−Unfortunately, it was nothing like the photos advertised online. The property looked completely different in person and gave the impression of a truck stop rather than the accommodation we expected to stay in. We also encountered several issues: We booked and paid for a room with a double bed but were given a room with two single beds. The toilet light was not working. The toilet was extremely dirty and unhygienic. The shower floor was already wet when we arrived, making it appear that the bathroom had not been properly cleaned before our stay. After reading a number of previous reviews from other guests, it appears that many of the same concerns have already been raised. It is very disappointing to see that these issues do not appear to have been addressed or improved, despite repeated feedback from customers. The overall cleanliness and condition of the room were unacceptable and did not reflect what was advertised. We were genuinely shocked by the standard of the accommodation. We feel the accommodation was misrepresented and that we did not receive what we paid for.

“However, was grateful to find somewhere to sleep.”
+Just off SH1 not hard to find. Last minute booking, price was right, clean. Nice clean linen and bathroom. Self service.
−The place was freezing, no electric blanket, the heater was broken. Tea station had no milk. Carpet could do with a deep shampoo. Double glazed windows could be helpful.
