+Happy it was morning and we could leave.
−It was a very old motel, never updated, carpet very old and dirty. I wore my shoes at all times. Bed mattress you sank down so much you couldn't move. Couldn't move all nite. Couldn't sit and watch TV. Extension cords to run refrigerator , didn't dare take a shower..

+Convenient location to everything
−It was run down, outlets exposed, hangings put of the wall, bathroom door doesn't close or lock, no microwave, light fixture in bathroom exposed uncovered and hanging, fan in bathroom just a hole in the wall exposing it all and covered in so much dust you couldnt even tell what it was

“It was decent, yet peaceful. Security issue, People tried to get in my Room as well.”
+There was no breakfast and if there was, I was not told to stop by for a complimentary breakfast.
−It was an inconvenience that I had to be switched out of my Room due to the rain (the window was left open). Though they were kind to provide me with a new room. The Room i was then switched to had a filthy Comforter sheet. I was kindly given new sheets. They would not refund my stay. I was there 3 nights and my Room was never cleaned. When requesting Room Service, the Lady was rude. She stated for me go and get the towels because she was alone. I called back again and we were disconnected. I called back again for towels. She stated I had to bring her the pile of towels and she will give me new towels. That is not great Hospitality.

+Honestly, the only good thing about the place was its location.
−When we arrived, the person at the desk treated us poorly, so we appealed to them in the same way. Breakfast wasn't included as stated in the descriptions, and the air conditioning was blocked by the TV stand, which didn't provide air conditioning. I would never return to that place.
