“Good short overnight stay”
+Good location for us as an overnight stop over. Quite area to stay. Near Richmond which is where we wanted to pass through & call. Local area for breakfast out was good.
−Shower was too hot, not easy to control.

“Stay away, hosts have made empty promises and have stolen my money.”
−Hey Guys be careful with this one. I've received extremely poor service from the hosts and effectively had money taken off me without even staying at the property. I booked and did not receive instructions from the host as to how to get in. At 6pm I was 2hrs away from the property and messaged the host to find out instructions and to let them know I would be in a bit later. I didn't receive any response. I arrived at the property and tried to find my way in but I could not access my room so I tried calling the host multiple times to no response. I waited around for an 1hr and heard nothing back. After this time I cancelled and rebooked another property close by as it was getting late. On driving to the other property the host called me. He wasn't exactly apologetic, more surprised I had booked another place but assured me he could refund me. Its now nearly three months later and I'm yet to receive a refund. I message the host periodically about the refund in the a respectful manner and he assures me not to worry that he will sort it out. I am losing confidence I will see this money, it was for two nights so it is not an insignificant amount of money. Stay away from here, I don't th

+It was 10/10! Me and my partner had a birthday getaway and it was in a perfect location, the hosts were so friendly and attentive, the room was a perfect size for what we wanted. The room even came with a sofa so we were able to play some board games! There was an issue with the TV but the host sorted it out straight away. I wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you for making my birthday so special!

“Great stay wouldn’t hesitate to go back”
+Superb setting ideal with it being round the corner from the wedding barns. Lovely warm comfy room with a sofa which was great

“Lovely stay great hosts would stay again”
+Nice little room ideal for a short stay. We stayed to attend a wedding nearby so was perfect for us Lovely pub across the road for evening meals. Dean was very helpful during our stay
−Very minor comment and the wife loves purple but we both felt the room was very dark and would benefit from brighter walls

“Very comfortable”
+Everything about The bed was very comfortable, pillows, mattress, duvet. Clean and good sized bathroom, quirky little courtyard. Firestick provided although we didn’t have time to use

“Great location for Yorkshire Wedding Barns”
+Location great for Yorkshire Wedding Barns. Comfortable room, we had Room 2 which was a large room with a settee, our friends were next door and room was much smaller.
−Shower temperature was really hot and could not be turned down. Would of liked some water in fridge, as village does not have a shop.
