“Location, comfortable and clean.”
+Loved the location of this property. Right across the street from the Vatican. Many restaurants to choose from and plenty of places to shop. The room is small and tight, but very comfortable and clean. The staff was always available to answer questions.

“A bit of mixed feelings”
+Overall excellent location, cleanliness, and comfort.
−I paid something of 180€ per night before my 20% Genius discount, and frankly I expected much better. First there was no hot water which is very annoying for accommodation at this price. Second I had to visit a separate building across the street just to pay a €6 city tax. The whole point of booking and paying online is convenience, not having to waste time going elsewhere to settle a small additional charge. And then there was the unnecessarily complicated entry system: a phone link to open the main entrance, another code for a second door, and yet another code to retrieve a physical key for the apartment. Three separate steps just to get inside. Amazing, right? Technology is supposed to make things easier not turn everything into a puzzle. Considering the price it’s a bit dissapointing.

“Wonderful place convenient to almost everything”
+Excellent location - in a busy area full of shops, grocery stores and restaurants but not overwhelmingly so. Easy walk to attractions nearby as well as across the river. Worth getting the only room with balcony if you like having your coffee/tea out there. Room is nice but not big so best to not have a lot of luggage. Note also rooms are in two buildings - breakfast included in #6 but not in #9 (one with balcony is in #9). Possible to take the airport bus shuttle - much less cost than taxi - if you don't have a lot of luggage as the stops are about 1 km away.
−Shower could use some improvement - weak water pressure and only the handheld worked - the pin for the overhead shower doesn't work.

“Terrible”
+Grand Suite not so big. Good and nice view but only that. No cleaning as all things are full with dust. Warm water not working and water have no pressure, only two drops. Horrible for a “Grand Suite”. And then they said that check out is at 11.00 and at 10.40 they are opening your door and trying that you get out at the same moment. Tremendous.

+The view is what everyone raved about, and we agree.
−The room could have been a little cleaner. The bathroom shower area was missing molding and any kind of towel rack. The shower worked with the overhead sometimes but mostly had to use the handheld wand. The room overall had no place to sit other than on the Balconey which was pretty dirty. They say no smokingbut we did smell smoking often and even found used cigarettes on the Balconey probably from previous guests.. I expected this part of the city to be noisy, so that was easy to control with the doors closed. Great a/c. As others have said, there were no plates or utensils to enjoy the balconey with a snack and some wine to take in the amazing view.

“Comfortable with great location.”
+Location is perfect. Near to Vatican and lots restaurants nearby. Room is clean with new facilities. Beds are comfortable.
−There are three stairs inside the room. Maybe not convenient for elder travelers, suggested to add handles beside stairs and shower room.

“Would say there again but would choose a great season to not less”
+In the city center. Fees yards away from the Vatican City. You can say hello to the Pope from your room window. Value for money ? YES!!!!
