“Not great”
+There is no shuttle service provided by the hotel as it was advertised on Hotel.com. I was not able to contact anyone prior to my arrival to the Hotel. Unfortunately my flight was delayed. So I was trying to inform the hotel but no one was reachable via phone, texts, and email. When I arrived to the Hotel the time was around 9 PM. After several attempts I was able to get a message by WhatsApp. But I was asked to pay 15 Euro extra to pay for checking in late. It looks like they only make contact using Whatsapp application.

+Nice view. Overall nice and clean. Feel at home not a typical hotel. Only problem is to find out the properry for a foreigner not knowing Rome house number system. It took us one hour to reach the property though we are standing in front of the building. Signage for the hotel from road is an issue.
