“Great location & spotless room”
+Lovely room. Very clean & despite being next door to the church the bells didn’t disturb!
−Only a small thing - soap provided but would have been better to have soap dispenser near the nice big sink as nowhere to leave the soap other than in the sink :)

−I stayed in the mount batton room there was a pool of water on the floor from the fridge when i arrived - the fridge was leaking, i called up and was told to turn the temp down and use a towel to clean it up. - not impressive

+Room was small but very clean and modern
−Having to do online check in and get a code. No staff on site. Coffee machine didn't work and shower head wasn't clean

“Good location but not very organised admin”
+Great location and rooms are nice and clean although mine smelt overwhelmingly of bleach when I arrived which wasn’t very pleasant.
−This isn’t a hotel but unmanned rooms so no reception or staff in sight. The online check in has to be done in advance but it wasn’t very clear that a deposit had to be paid on case of damages before they would release a code to let you into the building and your room, which ended up in a fiasco and delay to getting access to the room.

“Fabulous”
+Wonderful little find! We’ll definitely stay again. Lovely interior and attention to detail. I wasn’t sure about having no staff on site when I booked, but it wasn’t a problem at all! We had a little issue getting in at first but I called the number provided and spoke to a lovely gentleman almost immediately, and everything was sorted.
