+Good location for bus service. Good parking Good breakfast
−We had the luxury suite. We had to go outside to access the front of the hotel for breakfast. It wasn't raining so that was ok but in the middle of winter during a deluge, that would be a major inconvenience.

“Pleasant experience”
+The staff were really friendly, polite and professional. Comfortable bed with good quality sheets and good quality towels. Very clean throughout Good choice of breakfasts.
−Traffic noise! And one window blind was stuck so I couldn't close it completely.

“Very poor”
+Nothing as it was awful The only thing that was a positive was that the breakfast was ok, but it was in a dining room which was crammed with tables.
−Located on a noisy snd busy main roost, the hotel is has building work which seems to be going on for done time, no lift and the property is very tired.Rooms dark and old fashioned. As soon as I got to the room and hated e writhing I asked for my money back which they refused.

“Beautiful hotel, would stay again.”
+Staff friendly. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious and high quality food used. They are having r enervations done at the moment but that didn’t affect our staff at all.
−Bit of a walk into Exeter but that can’t be changed.

“Great value for money and I really hope the renovations are completed soon!”
+The staff were amazing. We didn’t check in until 11.30pm but the guy on duty came out to great us at the taxi and offered to help us with our bags. Our room was lovely, clean and the beds were really comfy. We all slept really well there was three of us but room would have taken four. Breakfast was love with a great choice and the guys did everything they could to make it a pleasant experience.
−The hotel is lovely but there are obviously renovations still going on but don’t let that put you off this hotel was great value for money. Due to the breakfast room being quite small we did have to queue for our breakfast but I am sure this is due to the renovations continuing.
