“Excellent! More than lived up to our expectations.”
+Location was exactly as described with many Forest walkways to exercise both ourselves and our dog. Very tidy excellent site and the static caravan was exactly as expected. Tremendous value for the price paid.
−The only minor thing was that a lamp with a lower wattage bulb could be provided to give a more cosy feel to the living area on an evening. This did not really detract from the excellent facilities provided it’s simply an observation.

“Great half term family break”
+Great rural location. Site had lovely play park and forest walks. We didn't make use of the onsite facilities as they were closed due to being out of season. Caravan was spacious and clean.
−We couldn't get the WiFi to work which usually wouldn't bother us but we'd promised to watch films with the kids.

+The caravan was very clean and tidy and had been cleaned to a high standard and had all the items in it that one could wish for including an air fryer, portable heater, very good and easy blinds system, central heating, good wifi etc. The site itself is very clean with rabbits amd wildlife everywhere and good walks. The caretaker was very polite and easy to talk to as was the cleaners husband who gave us a lighter for the gas when there was a power cut locally. Would love to stay again.
−Caravans could do with better signage with name and number etc. Otherwise perfect.

+Beautiful site in secluded location ideal for lovely walks with dog! Very well kept.
−Not a complaint as such but caravan lacked a couple of things i.e. waste bin in kitchen, no oven trays or washing up bowl for two nights this was not a problem but might have been if stayed a little longer. There was washing up liquid and tea towel/dishcloth also enough Tea/Coffee/Milk for weekend. Would definitely stay again!

+Host was great, very friendly and let us check in a bit earlier. Caravan was lovely and clean and well equipped. Very comfortable. Definitely will be returning, location was great. Site has good facilities we used the play area and football pitch, as well as the lounge for a couple of drinks and the shop for odd bits. Great set up.
−Speed bumps on main road leading to site not marked which is no reflection on the actual stay but difficult to see.
