+Excellent location. Nice breakfast. Nice staff, tried to help as much as they could.
−Rooms were TINY! The smallest I have ever seen, even in NY. No desk in the room Tiny shower. No luggage rack. Very low water pressure . Could hardly find a spot to put our suitcases

“Death trap in the making”
+Location is solid but that’s about it.
−Location is solid but it’s a disaster from a service perspective. The front desk wasn’t helpful and the elevators are a complete and utter nightmare. Always a line and an awful when there’s a line of people trying to check in and people trying to use the elevator. Imagine arriving to the lobby level and the elevator doors open and you can’t get out because the crowd of people blocking the doors. That’s the norm.
