“The staff was great, but the room's condition was not.”
+Staff was very friendly and efficient.
−The layout of the room. The bathtub wasn't clean. I found a hair in it and some brown substance on the inside wall of the wall. The towels were spotted. The fridge was missing parts to store bottles and it was noisy. The shower head was both high and unmovable.

“Our Go-To Hotel Brand”
+Spacious, comfortable, clean suites. They've been remodeling, so a few changes. Best shower layout I've ever seen. Good coffee.
−Breakfast selection is somewhat uninspired and bland, but enough to get you back on the road.

“Did not stay; went next door and was ripped off there.”
+nothing
−Arrived and they were in the throes of painting all sides of building. No where to park and could not find place to enter. Cancelled as soon as we arrived. Nothing was said about building under construction when we booked a week earlier.
