“Comfortable & convenient place to stay”
+Good location for what we were doing, although it was a little confusing right at the end as it said road closed but ended up not being. Very tight road, but ok once past that little stretch. Great studio & had everything we needed, the shower is great albeit a little cramped. Kitchen was functional & has a 2 ring induction hob, as well as microwave, fridge, cupboard space. It was very warm in there, but we were grateful for the fan. Milk jiggies, tea & coffee were provided which was a nice addition. Good value for money. Property was also very clean & comfortable. Parking for 2 cars which was handy as we’d brought both cars.
−Couldn’t lock the back door & we were going out in the evening so just made sure we put out things locked away in our suitcases. That was really the only negative. All in all a great stay with everything we need. Would highly recommend.

“Very clean, well equipped, and in a quiet spot.”
+Quiet location, 20 minutes walk to the main amenities. 35 minutes drive to Southampton cruise port.
−It was very hot when we went, and there was a fan provided. But, if anything, the fan was too good. It was enormous, and quite loud. Two smaller fans would have been better than one big one. EV charging would be useful. Maybe cut the brambles away from the car parking spot.

“Great quiet location”
+The studio was within easy access to Southampton. It was very clean and tidy. We really appreciated the tea, coffee, water and milk - thank you. Also, shower gel and shampoo were a bonus.
−Nothing that we didn't like but a couple of suggestions for self catering guests. There is a microwave but no dishes or bowls for the microwave for cooking food. Couldn't find any scissors and a smaller saucepan instead of 2 large ones would be useful.

“Amazing host! Perfect little studio with peaceful country surroundings :)”
+Asha our host was absolutely amazing! She has the most beautiful little studio just on the outskirts of Fareham, its clean, well kept with good facilities. This studio is highly recommended, just a few mins walk from town and an amazing little pub at the end of the road where the staff are welcoming. The views from the room are rolling countryside and during the night it was so peaceful. Only downside for me was that we were only staying the one night!

“Nice property which was a huge let down for sleep due to boiler noise and light!!!”
+Access to the room was easy and the room was clean and presentable. The bed was comfortable as was the sofa and the basic kitchen caters all your needs for an overnight stay. The bathroom albeit small was functional and nicely decorated. The location to local supermarket, pubs and Fareham town centre are all in easy walking distance (be mindful the property is on a hillside)
−The purpose of our stay was to travel and have a restful night before going out to our planned local trip however it was a particularly unrestful night, defeating the object, due to the boiler kicking in and out all night and a constant droning hum right next to the bed! To add to our woes there is a sensor light as bright as floodlights in a football stadium which also kept coming on - most likely animals i.e. foxes or cats - and with curtains that are not blackout or flush to the wall alongside the front door which has a basic blind neither of them keep light out. Although it is November, the garden is just a garden table in a small space outside the door with a flimsy separation between the owners personal space and yours. Upon returning home, in hindsight, we checked reviews and this is not the first time these issues have been mentioned! The owner replies that they would deal with the issues however after at least a year of on/off mentions are yet to be resolved. Sadly we will most likely not return or recommend :(

“Comfortable place with gorgeous views”
+The host made us very welcome by leaving little special little touches in the property, a pint of milk in the fridge and bottles of water. Communication was excellent between the host and guests. The property is situated in a lovely location overlooking some beautiful views. It was very clean and cosy ,the bed was comfortable too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again.
