“Great location and staff to make your stay in Hanoi wonderful.”
+We had a very spacious room which was nice for our week in Hanoi. The staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and abundant. We especially enjoyed the location near the train street cafe. Unfortunately, the train wasn’t working due to repairs but the location was with walking distance of most most attractions.

“Amazing staff and location.”
+The staff are amazing! They helped with everything from my phone to money exchange and booking tours! Truly a one stop fantastic experience! The location in old quarter is perfect for walking and exploring, even though you are downtown the room is quiet and the bed is comfortable, hot water and a mini fridge. Breakfast has a nice variety from cooked eggs to fruit and toast. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
−Only thing I didn't like and it was minor but after a certain time, not sure what time but I got back around 130 or 2 am and the door was locked with a note to call or text on WhatsApp. I sent a text and then another guest called to be let in. It was quick, 10 to 15 minutes after I text and a few minutes after they called but again minor detail to all the benefits.

+The hotel has perfect location for short walking to touristic locations, many dining possibilities around from the street food to restaurants. Taxi is also nicely accessible from this location.
−Breakfast that is included is fine, but some days everything was already eaten.

Stěny byly opadané a špinavé.
