+Great location. It was hard to find but I didn't have wifi, the videos are helpful. The room was amazing, very comfy bed. It was really central for getting out and seeing the sites. You are warned that there are stairs and no lift, but it is a pretty steep spiral staircase. I think I'm reasonable fit and strong and I took my case down half empty and filled it at the bottom of the stairs to manage getting back down. The online welcome pack you get is great and really helpful. Would recommend.

+The location was brilliant, heart of old town with restaurants, bars, shops a couple minutes walk. Anita was an amazing host, very helpful before and throughout my stay, nothing was too much. Booking, check-in and checkout made as easy and straightforward as possible
−The stairs to the rooms are small and steep, although I didn’t have an issue with them someone less steady on their feet may have an issue.

“Very nice, clean, and quiet”
+Easy checkin, clean room, great location, bright due to large windows.
−The stairs are tricky if you have a lot of luggage. I only had a small suitcase but I guess with a big bag I’d have struggled to get to the 3rd floor
