“I would highly recommend this Hotel!”
+The property is clean, comfortable, and the included breakfast is over the top! Maria, the owner is the real asset to this place. She is a gracious hostess and was very helpful in setting up a tour to the waterfalls. The location is fantastic, very walkable to the old city. Highly recommend!
−Nothing. This was a great stay. Having stayed at one other property in the neighborhood at a similar price point, this was far better.

“The outstanding feature of this hotel was it's staff, they were outstanding coupled with a nice room”
+This delightful boutique hotel was a wonderful surprise for us. When we arrived early after checking out of our apartment, the front desk gladly accommodated us and had our room ready immediately. They even welcomed us with coffee and pastries while we settled in, and the desk service remained outstanding throughout our two-day stay, offering wonderful insights on alternative routes, schedules, and costs for local attractions. A true standout moment occurred when we needed an Uber at 5:50 AM. Being in our 80s and staying on the third floor with heavy luggage, we asked for assistance. Although regular staff shifts do not start until 6:00 AM, they arranged for someone to come in early specifically to carry down our bags. The cooked-to-order breakfasts were extensive and easily the best we experienced on our entire trip. Furthermore, because we had an early departure and would miss the formal seating, they thoughtfully prepared a breakfast bag for us to take along. Overall, an outstanding experience delivered by an exceptional, all-female staff. Highly recommended!
−we really did not have any issues. The room was reasonably sized not particularly large but nicely furnished with high-quality furnishings
