+Staff were friendly but I had to wait more than hour for the supervisor before I could have heater in the room and I had to chase to get this information
−Too close to train rail. You can feel the room shaking when train passess. It says soundproof but you can hear everything, people from the pub, the train, very loud noise everytime someone goes to toilet that may wake you up. First night i had problem with hot water in the shower but second day was fine.

+Location was good. Good to have tea and coffee and biscuits.
−Room was small and bed pushed up to wall. This meant had to climb across the bed to get out. En-suite was small not much room to get into the shower. It was expensive for what we got. It should be priced up at £60 a night not £80 a night.

−Quite far from the train. Not their fault. No window in bathroom. Nit picking. I enjoyed my stay.

“Friendly Pub for an overnight stay”
+Staff friendly. Great pub with delicious meals. Bottles of water provided along with porridge pots for breakfast.
−No toiletries provided. Rooms are a bit small.

“Good location for family visit”
+Great location
−Train line outside window very noisy when we had to have window open. No bedside table or light so unable to read in bed. A couple of areas not clean enough, bottom of wardrobe dusty and underside of tap had other people's toothpaste residue on.

“Great weekend break!”
+Great welcome even though we arrived later in the day. We were visiting friends and did not have a meal there, but the food looked great. We loved hearing the trains, but you COULD shut the double glazed windows if you wanted to? As much as the room was smaller than a 'chain' property, it was absolutely fine for we two.
−Um....the toilet roll didn't have a point?...😉

“10/10 recommend to anyone!”
+We travelled over from Ireland to attend an event, we booked for 2 nights and everything was so close. We had a 3 hour drive from Holyhead which we were able to stop in Birmingham for a few hours before going to the venue, the event finished early on Sunday and we went to a local arcade called tenpin. Fast food restaurants and grocery stores were all close by. We are talking about coming back next year and we will definitely book again
