+A very pleasant stay! The entire staff is friendly, and the restaurant serves delicious dishes,try the pistachio cheesecake, it’s their 'signature'. The view from the Heightopia restaurant terrace is wonderful! 10 minutes to the pyramids, 10 minutes to the GEM. We were a group of 9 people, and they arranged our transport with a van,the driver was punctual and very kind. Thank you, Spire West Hotel!

+Our stay at the Spire West Hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel welcome, and the level of service was among the best we have experienced anywhere. A very special thank you to Yousef, who went above and beyond at every turn. He was attentive, friendly and always ready to help with a smile. He made our stay unforgettable. The restaurant deserves its own praise: the food was delicious, fresh and beautifully served. And the view of the Pyramids is simply magical! Another big plus: we were able to store our suitcases at the hotel free of charge for several days while we went on a tour to the White Desert. This was completely uncomplicated and incredibly helpful. We can recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. Thank you to the whole team, and especially to Yousef!

+The hotel is located on the 11th floor of a building on a quiet little street. It is beautiful, cozy, and welcoming. The team is incredibly service-oriented and takes excellent care of its guests. Osman, Yusef, the lovely lady at reception, and the entire team are so friendly and genuinely committed to making every guest’s stay special. The highlight is the restaurant one floor above, on the rooftop of Top Heightopia, offering an incredible view of the pyramids. Hesham makes sure you receive the absolute best service. We have rarely encountered such an outstanding, highly professional, and attentive waiter anywhere in the world. The food is so exceptional that we ended up spending every evening of our stay at the restaurant. Everything was simply wonderful! I would happily choose this hotel again and can recommend it wholeheartedly. A truly special place with amazing people, excellent food, and unforgettable views!

+Las camas estuvieron maravillosas! Las almohadas y la habitación excelente y la vista genial directo a las pirámides !! Yusef y Nora un 100 nos ayudaron en todo y más!! Muy amables y con buena disposición! Lo recomiendo mucho !

“Très bonne première expérience du Caire.”
+Bien que le quartier et l'immeuble soient assez vétustes, les chambres du 10ème étage sont très confortables, bien qu'il n'y ait pas de balcon. Le rooftop au 11ème étage offre une vue imprenable sur les pyramides et y prendre les repas est très agréable. L'ensemble du staff de l'hôtel est très aimable et compétent, tant lors de l'accueil que pour organiser nos excursions avec chauffeur et guide privés (plateau de Gizeh et Grand Musée du Caire le premier jour, mosquée et palais de Mohammed Ali et Saladin, visite du Vieux Caire et du Souk le second jour). Un grand merci au manager Youssef et à son collègue Osama, qui ont répondu à toutes nos questions et attentes avec rapidité.
