“We really found this space to be perfect for our stay, just a short while in the area.”
+I felt safe with secure entry and it felt private despite being part of the owner's property. It was located in a residential area that felt calm and quiet. It was spacious and had all the items we needed for a short or long stay like refrigerator, sink, full bath.
−Could have had nicer shower amenities - soap and shampoo. Also seems to be a converted garage, so the insulation is moderate - it's cold inside when it's cold outside, and I imagine it gets very hot in the summer.

“Don't pass this one up. 5 stars hands down”
+Was very clean, nice location, host was awesome and checking in and out was %100 hassle-free. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the moreno valley area to not pass this one up.
−I didn't like that we didn't book it for a longer stay. Would of gladly spent the rest of my trip here

“efficient clean place to stay”
+I was amazed how perfect this place is for me because I need to be in Moreno Valley in the next few years. And this place fits my needs I thought this place was recently remodeled and new - but was surprised when told it is not - two years in operation! Sparkling "new" and clean! I definitely will come back to this place. . I never give ten because no place is 100% perfect. this one probably 9.9something out of ten. 😺
−the pillows could be softer, grin. hmm have to think of more.

+We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was exceptionally clean, and the host welcomed us warmly, making us feel right at home. Everything was perfect and met our expectations.
−The only small issue we encountered was the air conditioner took a bit of time to cool the room and was a little noisy. Additionally, there was a dog nearby that barked at night, which made it a bit challenging to sleep. However, these were minor inconveniences and did not significantly affect our overall experience. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again in the future!

“Wonderful peaceful place”
+I loved how updated it is. It has a kitchenette along with pans, pots, coffee maker and coffee creamer, and sugar. The location is near the freeway, mall, banks, and many yummy restaurants.

“Overall, it all was very clean and good!”
+Very nice and clean community! The host came to greet me and offer to inform if anything needed. The studio is very nice and clean and has pretty much all you'd use while at home.
−The neighbors dog from across the street was on the lose and was a nuisance when I was trying to get in my vehicle to get my things. Since there is no driveway parking; only off street parking provided for the guests. I was somewhat disappointed on the comfort of the bed. It was not uncomfortable but did not meet my expectations. I also believe other guests as well as I would appreciate a full body length sized mirror.
