+It was clean
−It was not clear through booking that this was a one room completely shared space. The atmosphere was completely uninviting, our things were moved and arranged by strangers. In the heat of summer 80 degrees inside a paid for space it is absolutely ridiculous...especially when you turn the air down; and someone continues to turn it back up. We didn't even stay for the whole booking. After being denied a cancellation more than a week ahead unless I basically paid the full price anyway....I expected the space to at least be more accommodating. The other tenants also did not follow the 9 o'clock sound ordinance. It felt more like it only applied to us.

+It was quiet.
−I like to sit in the common areas. I felt confide to my room. I'm use to a private space. This was the frist time I rented a bedroom. I will differently be more thorough the next time. Also the tv downstairs was not hooked up. I'm not sure if the tenant meant for it to be unhooked or not.

“I loved it and reasonably priced for everything that was included!”
+I loved being able to use the kitchen, supplies being provided, having a desk to sit at and eat if I didn’t want to eat downstairs although sometimes I would. The cat is so cute! Especially being able to wash and dry at no extra cost, you just need to get your own detergent. And the ability to lock my room while away. I really enjoyed my stay here, the homeowner is very nice and did her best to keep the bathroom clean and room cleaned after a guest would leave.
−This is to no fault of the homeowner at all but other guests not following the rules and being loud at certain hours or several people staying in one room without the homeowner being aware, I mean it’s impossible to be aware of everything so again this is the guests’ responsibility to adhere to the rules of a person’s house; so safety was sometimes a concern.
