−It was hard to find, the address given confused the taxi and I ended up having to walk a ways to get to the building then finding the room from the information provided was tricky and I had to call the host. He then provided where to go and how to get in.

“The service was initially good until after our stay. It felt like we had just been discarded.”
+The room was beautiful. So modern and extremely clean. It felt like a luxury hotel. There were no blankets when we arrived and he brought us one immediately. Maurizzo agreed to keep bags for us after checkout as we had a late flight, very nice of him.
−We paid for breakfast and Maurizzo ignored us every time we asked where it was. we never ate our "inclusive" breakfast. Upon checkout the cleaning lady chased us out like animals, leaving no time to check if we left anything. The bathroom had a funny sewage smell. Maurizzo was very responsive until after checkout. He stopped answering us even though we told him we couldn't find our charger. Bed was broken so uncomfortable to sleep on. shower water was extremely cold throughout. Very hard to locate initially.

−Estuvimos 5 días y nunca le hicieron limpieza a la habitación. Cuando necesitábamos algo llamábamos a Maurizio y nunca nos contestó. La verdad no lo recomiendo para nada

“La peggiore esperienza di soggiorno in un b&b”

−Camera sporchissima soprattutto il bagno,muffa e incrostazioni di sporco nella doccia, pendenza al contrario dopo la doccia l'acqua arriva in camera.Wc incrostato e con fuoriuscita di acqua azionando lo scarico, spazzolone wc assente.Costante puzza di fognatura. Trovato asciugamano, telo prodotti per l'igiene (solo un bagnoschiuma e 1 shampoo, carta igienica)per una sola persona, peraltro mai sostituiti o reintegrati in 4 giorni. Camera mai rassettata ne' pulita. Frigorifero non funzionante e letto non corrispondente alla prenotazione in quanto era standard e non king size come da descrizione. Referente contattato telefonicamente ma non ha mai risposto,solo messaggi whatsapp ma inutili in quanto non ha mai risolto i problemi né è mai venuto nella struttura. Colazione inclusa nel prezzo ma la Domenica il bar convenzionato è chiuso per cui bisogna arrangiarsi a spese proprie.Veramente vergognoso!

“Razoável para uma noite”
+Não sei se tive muito azar, mas a experiência foi péssima com esta hospedagem. Cheguei no horário do check in e não tinha informação alguma sobre o quarto. Havia um rapaz fazendo a limpeza que tentou nos ajudar ligando para o anfitrião, o qual não atendia às ligações. Depois de algumas tentativas, o anfitrião informou que o quarto ficaria pronto em 10min. Entramos no quarto quase 40 minutos após o horário do check in. O quarto parece novo, mas é de parede drywall, sem acústica alguma. Você ouve todos os barulhos do quarto vizinho. O chuveiro simplesmente parava de funcionar após uns minutos de uso, ficando sem água quente para banho. Tive que tomar banho frio à noite. O colchão da cama também era muito mole e cheio de buracos. A localização apesar de parecer boa, fica numa região moderna e comercial de Nápoles, então no fim de semana tudo está fechado e as ruas estão vazias, passando uma certa sensação de insegurança. Também não tivemos café da manhã apesar de incluído na nossa diária.
