“Great holiday, great hotel”
+A great hotel for our first time in SA. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Gave us some top tips for restaurants and other sight seeing. The breakfast was great, especially the omelettes. A 10 min walk down to the front to all the bars and restaurants was easy for us, maybe not so accessible for others.

“Excellent hotel, and brilliant staff!”
+A beautiful hotel with amazing staff. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The breakfasts were excellent. The hotel rooms were modern, and very beautiful. This hotel is also well located, being just a few minutes from Camps bay.

“Overall, a very comfortable and well-run place with excellent standards of cleanliness, service and safety. We would hap”
+We had a really pleasant stay and were especially impressed by how clean and well maintained the hotel was. Everything felt fresh, comfortable and thoughtfully looked after throughout our stay. The service was equally wonderful , the staff (in particular Masi) were warm, attentive and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. We also felt very safe and secure throughout our time at the hotel, which gave us great peace of mind and made the stay even more relaxing.
−We experienced a power outage one night in camps bay, which was a little inconvenient (the hotel does have backup generator that lasted a couple of hours!). We also understand that there has been a recent change in staff/chef, and unfortunately this meant that some of the breakfast items were unavailable during our stay. Hopefully this is just a temporary transition as the new team settles in.

“Prima verblijf, prima locatie, prachtig uitzicht”
+Wij hadden een sea view kamer, die was prachtig. Onze kinderen hadden de garden room, die was wat vochtig.
−Er was een miscommunicatie over house keeping, daardoor werden onze kamers 2-3 dagen niet schoongemaakt
