+Close to public transportation. Short walk to bus lines and metro. On friday and Saturday theres a little market nearby (Clothes, handbags and other trinkets). Its also about a 20 minute walk from the colosseum so thats not bad.
−This is a shared apartmant. The person living there is very nice and friendly however, it feels like you are very much in his space and bothering him. I would definitely say the room is nice and the bed is comfortable but i would only recommend booking this space if you're a guy/ single. Because the person lives there we would feel bad that you can hear the noise from the bathroom while getting ready in the morning, and the jingle of the keys/opening the apartment when coming back late at night. Lastly, for the price of each night i dont hink its fair to advertise that it includes breakfast, its just a couple of pieces of bread and yogurt. If you're someone that books a stay with breakfast included to save money on a meal, this is not the place - you will end up going to a cafe nearby to get actual food.

+It is in an excellent location, close to 2 metro stations. The room and the flat offered everything we needed for our stay. Foodie, a bar on the corner was a lovely addition.

“Chambre chez l'habitant - accueil chaleureux - endroit idéal pour visiter Rome”
+Chambre avec salle de bain dans la chambre, simple mais confortable chez l'habitant. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le locataire, qui est très sympathique et serviable. Bon déjeuner, complet. Situation géographique idéale pour visiter Rome, près d'une station de métro et près de la Basilique de Latran. Le Colisée est à 20 minutes de marche.
−L'appartement est au sous-sol, avec des fenêtres hautes qui donnent sur une rue adjacente, donc pas de vue et un peu de bruit de la rue, mais tout à fait OK.

“Szuterén lakás. Sötét, nyomasztó. Bassan a háziúr kedves.”
+A szállás közel van az óvároshoz, ami gyalogosan is megközelíthető, de a metrókhoz is. Közelben a Lateráni bazilika. A lakásban tágas előtér, két hálószoba, konyha, nappali. A fürdő hajszárítóval felszerelt. A konyha felszerelt, az abból nyíló nappali tágas. A lakás másik szobájában lakó háziúr Bassan kedves, aranyos, segítőkész. Ő készíti elő a reggelit is.
−A szállás egy szuterén lakásban található, ezért sötét. A mennyezethez közeli ablakok a járdára nyílnak. A kiadó hálószoba egyik ablaka egy mellékutcára nyílik, de mivel csak az éppen parkoló autó kerekei láthatók, ezért se nyitni nem ajánlott, sőt inkább elfüggönyözni. Másik ablaka a szomszédos házra, a talajszintre, de ezt is inkább elfüggönyözi az ember. Így sötét, kicsi a belső tér, amit tükrökkel próbálnak enyhíteni. Se szekrény, se polcok nincseken a ruháknak, csak egy szobainas és néhány vállfa egy fa rúdon, két szék és egy kis asztal. A konyha és a nappali a világosabbik oldalon található. A felszerelések, bútorok vegyesek, kopottak, autentikusak.

+O senhor que nos recebeu, Bassam, foi muito simpático e nos recebeu muito bem. No geral é um quarto muito confortável, com um banheiro confortável igual, e mais do que suficiente para as nossas necessidades. Além disso, a pessoa responsável pelo alojamento, o senhor Pierdomenico também nos respondeu e nos orientou super bem.
