“Don’t miss the rooftop!”
+Excellent location if you’re using the train, everything is within walking distance. The rooftop at sunset was spectacular. Sebastian and the rest of the staff were so nice and went the extra mile.
−Room door did not work so well, hard to close and key often took many tries to unlock.

+From the very first moment, we were welcomed with warm smiles, genuine kindness, and exceptional hospitality. Upon our arrival, the staff immediately provided us with a map of Rome and wonderful recommendations for places to visit and explore in this beautiful city. Throughout our stay, the team checked on us every day, asked how we were enjoying our vacation, and made sure we had everything we needed. Their service was personal, thoughtful, warm, and attentive. The cleanliness of both our room and the hotel was absolutely outstanding, exceeding all our expectations! What truly made the difference was the feeling that the staff genuinely cared about us and wanted us to have the best possible experience. This level of hospitality is something we truly appreciate and will always remember. Words cannot express how grateful we are! We enjoyed every moment and are returning home with beautiful memories and so much appreciation for this wonderful team. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! Thank you all so much for your kindness, your smiles, your exceptional service, and for making our stay in Rome so memorable. With love and appreciation, 🩷🇮🇹

“Fantastic stay, we will return!”
+AMAZING STAFF!! we would come here a millions times over just for the wonderful staff that made us feel well cared for during our short stay. The room had everything we needed, including immediately offering ice water upon our arrival and indicating hot spots around Rome for our visit. I especially appreciated the barrier for some extra privacy between bed and futon. The location felt like it could not have been better, with such a short walk from the train station and two hop on/off bus stops for easy access around the city.
−I can't think of anything!

“Perfect location. Helpful staff”
+Perfect location for our one night in Rome. It is very close to the train station and other attractions. The staff is very helpful. The air conditioning works extremely well despite a heat wave. The view from the roof is nice.
−Due to our short visit and packed schedule we never got our complimentary glasses of prosecco.
