+I had such a wonderful stay at Sono Moon! It is hard to believe this is a three-star hotel because the comfort, cleanliness and service exceeded my expectations. Everything was clean and well cared for. Fresh slippers and bottled water were provided every day, and the room was always lovely to return to. The location was also very convenient, with everything I needed nearby. A very special thank you goes to Hailey, who helped me the most throughout my stay. She was so kind, attentive and welcoming, and I truly appreciated her willingness to help whenever I needed anything. Being in another country, having someone you feel comfortable turning to makes such a difference. Hailey made me feel welcome and cared for, and her support made my stay so much easier and more enjoyable. Hailey, thank you for your patience, your warmth and all your help! You made a lasting impression on me and are a big part of why I have such lovely memories of this hotel. I hope the management knows how much your kindness means to guests. +- Good location, close to the beach and the main street; - Many cafes and shops within walking distance; - Polite staff; - The rooms have everything necessary.
−- No remote control for the air conditioner; it turns off on its own, so you have to get up and turn it on manually using the wall switch every time , this is very inconvenient; - Very late check-in; - The shower is old, with signs of mold and chipped tiles.

+Localization, close to the beautiful beach
−The accommodation was okay, but the rooms were very tight and cramped. Also, the bathroom was extremely small and uncomfortable to use.

+Прекрасный отель на второй линии. Буквально через дорогу лучший пляж Haeundae. Нам предоставили номер на 16 этаже с видом на море и город. Номер просторный, халаты, тапочки, есть все необходимое. Отличный напор воды и слив. Уборка номера каждый день, смена полотенец и пополнение питьевой воды. Есть два выхода из отеля, один на пляж, второй в город, в сторону метро - очень удобно. Отличное месторасположение: рядом много ресторанов и магазинов, остановки общественного транспорта, в получасе ходьбы от отеля - Haeundae Blue Line Park.
−В номере только гель для душа и шампунь с кондиционером, почему-то не было стандартного набора для личной гигиены. Не пополняли наборы с кофе и чаем. В остальном - все прекрасно!
