“There was no stay and no refund”
+Absolutly nothing, we never made it the last 10 minutes to the location as it was all up hill with luggage. The view from the cable car was absolutly amazing.
−We had reservations for a couple of nights at Sonnenberg. We took the cable car up to the correct place and decieded that we could not get to the facility with out help. When we booked we were not expecting one of us to be pregnant. The hostel advertised that they would help with luggage, so I called them, Whomever I spoke to told me in a rude voice that this was a hostel and not a hotel and they would not send anyone to help us.

“Great food & location! Be prepared for typical sharing issues in a dorm room!”
+The breakfast and dinner was very good! Thank you for the mass electrical outlets for our use and wifi! Beds were comfy and the room was clean. Nice views! The owner and his friends were super friendly and nice.
−The dinner we purchased from the facility was a little smaller than we were expecting, given what we paid. We ended up walking down to Murren to grab some Chinese food. we knew we were staying in a dorm so that wasn't an issue. One of the ladies that stayed in our room just randomly shut the lights off at 9:30pm without a warning to the 5 of us in the room with her. It was very off putting. This is not the facilities fault; just part of staying in a dorm. No towels fyi in the bathroom, which we weren't prepared for since every other place on our hut to hut travels had something if there was a shower.

+The owner/manager, Chris, was fantastic. Very welcoming and a super host! Spectacular views of Murren and of the Eiger, Monch and Jungfrau from the hutte. Picturesque walk through the forest from the hutte to Murren.

“Nicht noch einmal.”
+Die Unterkunft war sauber, optisch aber in die Jahre gekommen, wir hatten Lager gebucht nach einer Hüttentour.
−Man erwartet ja nicht viel von einem Lager , aber der Pächter war schon ziemlich speziell und man hatte das Gefühl, dass man sich für die Buchung entschuldigen musste und eher als Belästigung gesehen wurde.

−Il aurait simplement été bien de prévenir que Murren est une ville sans voiture accessible en téléphérique et que la montée « d’échauffement » ressemble plutôt à une sacrée épreuve avec des valises

−Impostato il navigatore su Google maps vi porterà presso un’altra struttura lì vicino (poco più avanti di circa 200 metri) 😅 guardate bene la foto del rifugio e orientatevi in base a quella (è prima rispetto a dove vi indica Google maps)
