“Unique relaxing finca with sheep & kitty”
+We had a wonderful stay here. Every “negative” thing someone mentions I actually think is a good thing. Yes the WiFi signal is weak in our little casita - but we were there to disconnect. The house itself was so beautifully renovated, I’ve never seen anything like it in Spain. It was properly renovated, and the kitchen is wonderful to cook from home. The walls are so thick. For October this kept the house the perfect temperature during the cool nights. The low lighting was lovely to fall asleep, and we loved being close to the sheep and a friendly kitty. We loved watching the sunset every night and at night it is extremely silent. There are sheep droppings on the property but it didn’t bother us. I had a really lovely stay.

“Excellent”
+I really liked the house,the staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. The rooms were big and very clean, we had everything that we need.
−We were there during a very warm season in Mallorca, so it was extremely hot at night, and the fans didn’t really help much. I was also quite worried about the sheep because they hadn’t been sheared for a very long time and had a lot of wool.

“A warm, welcoming countryside stay with a truly caring host who made me feel right at home!”
+My host is truly wonderful! The place is out in the countryside, and since I didn’t have a car, she called a taxi for me every single time I wanted to go into central Manacor. Twice she even brought me back at night: once she drove me herself, and once her lovely husband came along with her to pick me up! I don’t speak a word of Spanish, only French, Chinese and English, yet her warm hospitality made me feel completely at home. I’m so grateful! I highly recommend staying here. Just remember to rent a car, as there’s no Uber or bus service nearby! Mon hôtesse est vraiment adorable ! Le logement se trouve à la campagne, et comme je n’avais pas de voiture, elle m’a appelé un taxi à chaque fois que je voulais aller au centre de Manacor. Le soir, elle m’a même ramené deux fois : une fois elle-même, et une autre fois avec son mari, tout aussi charmant ! Je ne parle pas un mot d’espagnol, seulement le français, le chinois et l’anglais, mais son accueil chaleureux m’a fait me sentir comme chez moi. Je lui en suis infiniment reconnaissant ! −No teníamos aire acondicionado en un duplex para 5 personas La verdad que en agosto fue muy duro dormir. De hecho tuvimos que dormir los 5 en una habitación

+Sehr ursprüngliche Unterkunft mit viel Charme und wunderschönen Weitblick ins Land. Die ruhige Lage lässt einem den Alltag vergessen.
−Nachteil: Es wird kein Frühstück angeboten!!!, obwohl das auf Booking.com angegeben ist... und eine Klimaanlage gehört doch eigentlich zum Standard heutzutage?! Bitte bei Buchung unbedingt beachten

−No hay servicio de limpieza de habitaciones, mala insonorización con la habitación contigua. No dispone de a/a y el ventilador de techo muy ruidoso.

“Lloc molt tranquil, correcte, tot i que pot semblar una mica desamparat”
+La tranquil.litat. Nosaltres estàvem a l’estudi del pintor i l’interior era net i correcte.
−Les formes en la comunicació. També s’ha de tenir en compte, que si esteu a l’estudi del pintor, fora mateix, hi passen sovint ovelles on hi deixen les seves necessitats, i un munt de coloms que hi voltegen.

“Horrible, no me quedaré allí más, no lo recomiendo”

−Lo primero que no hay aire y hacía una calor insoportable, lo sentido que en las zonas comunes robaban cosas, los propietarios no vieron a conocernos en ningún momento, y uno de los días nos encontramos a una persona intentando de abrir nuestra puerta con la excusa de que iba a probar la llave que no tenían otra, les dije que eso no estaba bien, las llaves las pruebas cuando allí no haya inquilinos, una toalla de mano y una de baño por persona, para 5 días, el wifi pésimo, no conectaba con los televisores, cobertura cero, la televisión no funcionaba, se filtraba el agua de arriba a nuestro apartamento, no teníamos armarios, no teníamos sillas, el agua de la ducha se salía y se quedaba en el pasillo.
