“An absolute beauty! Heaven on Earth!”
+This was a beautiful property, with every attention to detail regarded! The food was amazing, the staff was lovely, and I felt comfortable and peaceful! Thank you!
−The construction around the area was a challenge so advice on that would have been nice. Also generally the pressure to book the pool made me stressed. I was trying to relax.

“One of the best hotels we have stayed in and would certainly go back there again.”
+The breakfast was the best that we have ever had in any hotel any where. Just so comprehensive in offer, super fresh and held in the exceptional dining room. The team were just so helpful as well. The hotel is just beautiful, superbly located in the centre of Oslo with fantastic restaurants as well. The room was sumptuous with a fantastic bathroom and the room was well done with your bed turned down each evening with a snack as well. But best of all were the staff who just couldn't do more to help you and make the stay even more enjoyable. A huge shout out to Anabel, Fiona and Dora behind the bar. Rockstars and just so good at what they do.

“Close to Palace.”
+The staff were amazing. A special thanks to Portuguese Maria and Manager Marcus. We thoroughly enjoyed the Jazz night and the dinner was excellent. It’s a short walk to the palace and beautiful parklands.
−Our room was tiny and barely had room for 2 people and bags. I burned my fingers on a hot surface at the cooked food while picking up a plate. The staff were very apologetic and helpful tending to the burns on my fingers and subsequently put up a sign saying it was hot. No compensation offered.

“I was pleasantly surprised with our stay at the Sommerro hotel.”
+The breakfast was amazing. It had many options to choose from. The customer service in the reception and lobby area was exceptional. The bedroom was exceptionally comfortable and spacious.
−The service in the Thai restaurant downstairs was very slow.

Her har mange hoteller mye å lære.
