“Very nice”
+Very accommodating and friendly staff member. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Plus a great location for traveling by train.
−Those with heavy suitcases may need to be aware that there is a four story walk up to get to the B&B. And, that there isn't a large sign out in front of the property so it is a little difficult to find.

+All about Roberto, he is a top host and a lovely man
−The only issue was the noise from the street but I enjoyed the stay.

“Superb”
+Clean room, comfortable beds, good breakfast, very nice accommodating personnel, and, unlike in most hotels in Italy, AC control is in your room and you can set the temperature as per your personal preference. Close to the central station. Instructions about the access to the building and the room were emailed in advance - make sure to read them as there is no 24/7 reception.
−Considering this is an old historical landmark, there is no elevator - you have to carry your luggage to the 3rd floor.

−Location inside another building, in the street there are many homeless people. Building is old, safety is questionable

“200%Positive experience”
+We liked everything: the apartment, cleanliness, the host, breakfast, reception, location and connection to the city/other cities. No problems with safety, you need to be careful outside as in all big cities. If you’re not friends with stairs (3rd floor) or/and don’t want to experience the unique atmosphere of that district (see how the local culture has been influenced by the immigrants) then this place might not be for you. Transport noise from the outside cannot be avoided as the appartment is next to the central station. For us no problem with that. But for those who want to feel the charm of Naples - it’s a wonderful place. I would recommend it to my friends.

“Struttura carina, conveniente per spostarsi con i mezzi, abbastanza vicina alle attrazioni, l’host Roberto gentile e pre”
+Abbastanza confortevole
−Sarebbe utile segnalare che si trova al terzo piano di un palazzo vecchio, gli scalini hanno diverse altezze, non adatto a persone di una certa età o con difficoltà motorie

“Ci siamo trovati molto bene, accoglienza e gentilezza!”
