−1 Hidden costs in the account. I was charged 25 Euros extra for cleaning. Yet, the room was dirty when we moved in. 2 The beds were uncomfortable. 3 Insufficient linen on the beds. 4 Room and toilet dirty. 5 No soap in bathroom. 6 Towels in a poor condition. 7 The property has no proper address. No road name abd number. 8 The host was poorly dressed (vest with no shirt).

+The owner of the apartment did not answer my messages related to payment. When I texted him if we still have the reservation,he never replied. And we had to look for another place to stay. Very unproffesional!

“Korčula’s local experience”
+Recommendation through the roof for Boris. Extremely kind and welcoming in his home, keen to have a good discussion and share knowledge about the island and history and whatever may interest you. Cannot recommend here enough for the price to quality ratio as well as the more “authentic” experience you may be looking for as my partner and I were. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer.
−Not a complaint but would recommend calling through WhatsApp as the best way to get in contact

“Disappointing”
+Location was great. The cleaning lady is very nice.
−The room was full of ants and very dirty (including the AC), and it was not the room that we booked. The building has 1-2 better apartments that are shown on the pictures, because the rest is unacceptable. There was a door next to our bed that led to another apartment (????), where the people were really loud so we could not sleep. It only had one small window, so the room was very dark as well (not see-view and not even garden-view, it was not see through at all)

“Strasno”
−Smjestaj je grozan. Ono sto je prikazano na slikama nikako ne odgovara smjestaju. Naime, dosli smo u smjestaj okolo kuce je sve neuredno i prljavo smjestajna jedinica prljava i stara. Nikada pocisceno. Smatram da u takvom objektu niti zivotinje ne bi trebale boraviti. Pokusali smo sve to pregrmiti i ostati u smjestaju no medutim istu noc bili smo primoreni potraziti neku drugu opciju i otisli smo. Madraci su bili stari jastuci takoder te prljavi. Sve je bilo neukusno neuredno. Na terasi su bili ljudi koji su imali uvid u apartman preko prozora, nikakve privatnosti. Bili su bučni. Doslovno smo ostali razocarani i prevareni. Smatram da u ovom objektu nitko ne zasluzuje boravak. Strasno

+Accueil chaleureux de la part de Boris, tous ces guest sont comme de la famille. Échange agréable avec les autres nombreux guests présents dans la maison. Boris est disponible pour rendre service et répondre à nos besoins. Emplacement très agréable sur la mer avec un ponton qui nous permet de nous baigner autant qu'on veut.
−La chambre est assez humide et le mobilier un peu vieillot. Attention cette chambre ne propose pas un lit double mais deux lits simples peu confortables

−Había mucha suciedad, hormigas y hormigueros por todos lados, telarañas y arañas, se escuchaba el apartamento de al lado incluso había una puerta que comunicaba ambos apartamentos. Puerta de cristal por lo tanto nos despertaba la luz. Muebles rotos. Las toallas limpias pero con manchas. Escasa ropa de cama. La cocina oxidada, utensilios escasos y sucios. El baño no está aislado de la habitación. El lavabo con el desagüe roto. El váter sucio. El jardín muy dejado y poco cuidado incluso vimos una rata. No nos sentimos seguras

−A notre arrivée amoncellement de poubelles, de gravats. Déjections de chats sur les marches. logement dans son jus, vieillot, décoration trop chargée datant de la vie des propriétaires , suspendue dans le temps. matelas d'une autre époque, draps et couvertures déchirés , couverts dépareillés et pas en nombre. De plus l'hôtel semble déconnecté des normes sociales: nous a salué à notre départ en slip kangourou et marcel !!!!!
