“Won't be recommended”
+The location is actually nice! And room is clean
−The parking spot is very steep for our small car it damaged the front fenders, the toilet cover is stucked and you have to lift it with your hands while doing your thing! Bathroom shower is not working 😕

“Never again”
−It was not advertised that there were no aircons in the rooms. It gets hot during the day. For the price I paid, we expected airconditioned rooms. No elevator! Allowed check in an hour earlier but for an additional fee. And though I paid for the complete full amount, they reluctantly gave me a receipt for only a part of the amount I paid, for what they said was the only amount they will get from the booking.

+It was comforting and staff was great and been next door to 7/11 it was convenient
−The the property is a little bit out of town. It would’ve been better if there was air condition and a fridge because being out of town where there’s no restaurants in that you need a fridge to pull all your stuff in especially when you buy something to eat.

“kinda a bit far from the city property. out of 10 this place is 3.%5 percent for me. 🤦♀️”
+first I booked it here through booking. com but, when I reached this place it was quite far from the city property so, I decided to cancel it. but, later on I decided to take the room again due to late check in already. like I arrived almost nearly midnight. so, I have no option just to stay for a night because I was so tired also from the trip.
−I didn't like the noise from the outside due to the dogs barking that's why, I couldn't sleep at all and I didn't like the area because it's a bit far from the city property. and also the host when I arrived is not so friendly but, still accommodates me so, thanks anyway but, the next staff is quite friendly to me so, thanks for that. 🫡 and for the price of the room is not worth it due to far distance to the city property.

“Simple & Pleasant”
+The hotel was comfortable, clean and had the basics that most people need. Bonuses were a very comfortable bed and breakfast in the ground floor cafe. The natural wood-slab table in the lobby is gorgeous. Although there is no A/C, the fan in my room kept things pleasant. The staff were friendly and courteous. Prices are very reasonable.
−This was my first time in the Philippines so I don't know if this is the custom. I was surprised that the room did not get cleaned and the towels & bathroom supplies were never replenished during my 6 day stay. It wasn't really a problem but the room needed a sweep after a few days and I asked for toilet paper at the front desk on day 4 or 5.

+The location is quite far from the city, but tolerable for those who have vehicles. The bed are comfortable they Provide a good ventilation by the help of electric fan. Complete toiletries supply. Love the large bed more space for two adult person. Good staff, and very accomodating.
−The window view is not that good, not comfortable if your claustrophobic, maybe you need to put some artificial wall plants to make the guest comfortable. 1 channel for the cable TV. your guest just staying for a while for a day, maybe put some more channels. Additional water dispenser for each floor, so we don't need to go down.

“Baguio is back. The city is clean and locals enforce rules/order yet very friendly! Great leader!!”
+Great location with 7/11 Store nearby. Excellent parking, friendly accomodating staff.
−Only problem is the noise from vehicle engines if you open the sliding windows. Unfortunately windows need to be opened for ventilation coz there's no AC. Also no elevator making it very difficult for someone with disabilities. Overall still a great place.
