“I completely understand that the conditions you’re experiencing at the property may have been disappointing and stress”
−Dear Boundless Housing Team, Thank you for your response. I understand that your housekeeping team cleaned the room and provided fresh towels. However, this does not resolve the overall problems with the accommodation. There are still serious issues with the property, including the bathroom sink and shower drainage, the hygiene and cleanliness concerns, the cigarette butts on the balcony, and the strong smell from the garbage outside the property. Unfortunately, after experiencing these conditions personally, we no longer feel comfortable staying at this accommodation for the remaining eight nights. I do not agree with your statement that no refund can be offered in the event of early departure. The problems were not known to us before arrival and were not reasonably foreseeable when we made the reservation. We have documented the problems with photographs and videos and will provide them to Booking.com. At this point, I would like to resolve this matter directly through Booking.com. I will therefore contact Booking.com customer service and ask them to review the situation, including our request to leave the property and receive a refund for the unused eight nights. +Very close to the central station, lots of restaurants nearby.
−The signal is weak or there is no signal at all. Wifi does not work. The area feels pretty unsafe and it’s very noisy
